2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup malted milk powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 cup (12 oz) milk chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. In medium bowl, combine flour, malted milk powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well with a whisk and set aside
3. Blend sugars in a large bowl using electric mixer. Add butter and mix, occasionally scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add the eggs, vanilla, and condensed milk and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy

5. Drop by the rounded tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake 12-1 minutes until cookies are slightly browned along edges. Transfer to a cool surface immediately
