Baking Success: Sponge Cake

Ingredients
8 extra large eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. milk (any kind is fine)
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
